UK Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders delivered to UK addresses — no hidden fees, ever. We believe shopping online should be simple and transparent.
Please note: Delivery times and methods may vary based on the supplier and the product ordered. Most of our items ship directly from our partner suppliers’ warehouses.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms your order has been received and your payment method has been pre-authorised.
We will then confirm with our supplier that your item is in stock and available for dispatch. If the item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you via email to discuss your options.
If your item is available, we will process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Dispatch & Shipping Times
Orders in stock typically ship within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary based on the item and location. Standard delivery is usually between 5–10 working days.
International Orders
We are happy to ship internationally. However, please be aware:

Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged:
