 Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. This ensures fair and accurate pricing whether you're ordering a small accessory or large commercial gym equipment. Simply add your items to the cart and enter your address — your shipping rate will appear before you complete your purchase.

Shipping rates vary depending on the region and size of your order. Heavier orders or deliveries to remote areas will incur higher shipping charges.

Delivery Regions: We deliver across the United Kingdom including:

• Mainland UK – England, Wales, and Lowland Scotland

• Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands – Remote areas of Scotland

• Northern Ireland

• Isle of Man

• Isles of Scilly

• Channel Islands – Jersey and Guernsey (local import taxes and duties may apply at delivery)

If your address is outside the regions listed above or is exceptionally remote, please contact us for a custom shipping quote – we are happy to help find a delivery solution.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.
• Handling Time: Some items take longer than others to get ready for shipment. Some of our products will have a delivery timeline in the description. If it doesn't, we will email you with a timeline after the order has been processed.
• Heavy/Commercial items: May have longer lead times. Any delays will be clearly noted on the product page
• Transit Time: Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number. 

Kerbside Delivery

All orders are delivered kerbside only. This means items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property. Couriers are not permitted to bring items indoors or upstairs. Please ensure someone is available to help you move large or heavy deliveries inside if needed.

International Orders

We offer international shipping on select items. Please email info@vaultfitness.co.uk with:

• Your full delivery address

• The product(s) you’re interested in

We’ll provide a shipping quote and, if you’re happy, issue a custom invoice.

Note: Our equipment is built to UK specifications (240V) and may not meet electrical standards in other countries.

Duties & Import Fees

Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)

Orders to the Channel Islands may also be subject to local GST or import fees, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These charges are not collected by Vault Fitness.

Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Do not sign for the delivery if damage is visible — or sign with a note stating damage

2. Take clear photos of the damage

3. Email the photos to info@vaultfitness.co.uk

4. Visit our Returns Page to submit a return claim
