SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Vault Fitness, we keep shipping simple, transparent, and reliable.

UK Delivery Charges

• Standard Shipping (orders up to 30kg): £8.99

• Heavy Item Shipping (orders over 30kg): £50.00 

Note: Shipping rates apply to mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for certain remote areas (see below).

Estimated Delivery Times

• Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.
• Handling Time: Some items take longer than others to get ready for shipment. Some of our products will have a delivery timeline in the description. If it doesn't, we will email you with a timeline after the order has been processed.
• Heavy/Commercial items: May have longer lead times. Any delays will be clearly noted on the product page
• Transit Time: Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number. 

Delivery Locations & Surcharges

We deliver across the UK, including:

• England, Wales, Scotland

• Scottish Highlands & Islands (additional shipping charges may apply)

• Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands – subject to custom shipping quotes

If your address falls outside standard delivery zones, we’ll contact you with a custom delivery rate before processing your order.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will:

• Verify stock availability

• Authorize your payment

• Contact you if any item is unavailable before processing

International Orders

We offer international shipping on select items. Please email info@vaultfitness.co.uk with:

• Your full delivery address

• The product(s) you’re interested in

We’ll provide a shipping quote and, if you’re happy, issue a custom invoice.

Note: Our equipment is built to UK specifications (240V) and may not meet electrical standards in other countries.

Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Do not sign for the delivery if damage is visible — or sign with a note stating damage

2. Take clear photos of the damage

3. Email the photos to info@vaultfitness.co.uk

4. Visit our Returns Page to submit a return claim
